AFF Suzuki Cup 2010

Malaysia 1 - Indonesia 2
(Malaysia won by aggregate 4 - 2)

I encountered few panic attacks last night! How can Rajagobal told his boys to play defensive??? It was totally ridiculous and against what we had in Bukit Jalil! See what happen if you play too defensive? Ball was over the places that was not supposed to be there, kicked everywhere without your team members present, you think your team is Italy ka? Ayoyo aneeeee! Luckily ultraman came to rescue our keeper! (Did you guys see the green laser pointed on Fahmi's face, once? I didn't but hubby did!) Please, next time, PLAY OFFENSIVELY!

"We will try to play a bit offensively and we will try to be as well organised as possible."

Overall, I am satisfied since our National team has bring back the long lost glory, where we've entered this cup for the first time, and amazingly we won it! Anyhow, it was a bit disappointing to see Amirul Hadi was not in the game (good pair with Kuna), Kuna was not at his best spot, Norshahrul was not at his best samba, Safee was not able to shoot more and he was struggling alone up there. But credits to Fahmi who saved almost all trials, on top of Indonesian strikers who were not giving their best in front of our goals. (I just got to know that he HAS a girlfriend!)

Congratulation! Congratulation! Congratulation!

Malaysia @ 'Harimau Malaya' (Malayan Tiger) has now giving us a new hope in football, WITHOUT the presence of those 'popular' players in the team.

"But we can cope without the two players and I have confidence in the players that I have."

I 110% AGREED WITH YOU, RAJAGOBAL! This is what Malaysian want. Low gossip, high spirit! Lets put AFF Suzuki Cup 2010 as the new benchmark, to achieve more and more cups, gradually. I heard you Rajagobal, "Malaysia will not sit back."

And Safee, my advise, don't listen to Bambang. Hahahaha! Stay with Malaysian Team though I know, there will be a better place somewhere there in Indonesian League. You've played very well and scored beautiful goals, CREDITS to Norshahrul. So, congrats with your golden boots.

YEAY! FRIDAY CUTIIIIII!

I'm Selangor Blogger / Saya Blogger Selangor

Ok, I was called to do this entry right after I saw one of my blogger friend, Lin, did hers. Basically, all bloggers who wish to enter this so-called ice-breaking session organized by BPM, are needed to expose some of their info, such as name, status, contacts, place where you are living at, and what's best there.

As per my blog URL, I declared myself as Biqque.

Hi. I'm Biqque.
Hi Biqque...(like what you can see in alcoholic group therapy session, hahaha!)

And please don't crinkle your forehead as that is not my real name. (Well, you can read more here.) I was born in Perak, live in Selangor, but working at Kuala Lumpur. So tell me, which state should I posted my link in??? Hahaha! Find, I'll join Selangor clans, as I've been living here since 2001.

Owh, status? What's with status? To avoid married man playing funny with married woman? Or married man trying to seduce single woman? Hahaha! Fine! I am not single. I am married to a software developer who always think his program is the best, even with bugs. Hahaha! It's good to be the end user cum tester! We are not blessed with kids yet, but we are blessed with opportunities to travel around half of the globe (for now.)

Those who wish to keep in touch with me, I am reachable via email (biqque@yahoo.com), twitter (biqque) and facebook (biqque bikuchan). I don't greet strangers, and please please please, don't spam me :D

I've been living in 2-story house that we called 'Casa Natura' at Puncak Jalil for 3 years (and I guess, for the next 40 years), and this place rawks! Do you have any idea where the heaven is this place?
We are located in between of Equine Park and Kinrara, and we are confused with our district, either Seri Kembangan or Bandar Putra Permai, Land Office should answer this. Anyhow both works for posting address! Hahaha! The best thing that benefited us here, we can get anything that we want! Trust me! From the biggest Giant in M'sia (not one, but two), Jusco, McD, Dominos, KFC, Post Office, Maybank, Petronas, Police Station, Bomba, 7E, cheap burgers, cheap nasik goreng, cheap tailor, RM2 stores, RM0.70 teh o beng, you name it! It's the TOWN by itself! You are going to be surprise if you know, Subang people also use our road to access MEX highway! Hahaha!

Genting Highland

Last year, we chose sun and splash for family holiday. We spent 2 nights at Pangkor Island, had satay and barbecue, banana boat riding, sight-seeing around the island, fishing, shopping and eating.

This year the whole family chose chill, freeze, and rip-off.
We parked our car at Genting Cable Car and queued for almost an hour. Bad decision. Going up via gondola during school holidays? (We had no choice as both of my sisters and in laws are teachers.) We used up 3 gondolas for the whole family. It was a windy day and the gondolas did stop for about 3 minutes, and I tell you, hanging and swinging on top of the hill wasn't fun at all!
We spent a night at Kayangan Apartment (4 rooms) with the price of RM700 instead of RM950. How did I do that? I slapped the reception's face! When I booked 2 apartments with 2 rooms each, she said the check-in time was 2pm. When I called a day before, she changed it to 3pm. And when we came to check-in, the apartments weren't ready yet and she told us the check-in time was 3-6pm! CRAZY! I have 10 adults and 12 kids with me who just walked 150meters in the rain with bags in hand, waiting outside the lift, and you expect us to wait there till 6pm?! So, I fought and fought, making fuss of everything, and voila, we got upgrade to a better apartment. (Not "that" better la...got many issue as well...stupid management!)
We started our excitement with First World Indoor Theme Park where we rode two pay-per-ride Family Rides (RM8 each), that were Euro Express and Rio Float. It was hell of fun when adults rode with kids, screamed out loud, when it wasn't scared at all. Hahaha!
Even with packs of instant noodles, we still had lunch and dinner up there. AND WE GOT RIPPED-OFF! For a set of rice, 2 main dishes, and 1 vege, we had to pay RM17! For a set of chicken rice, we had to pay RM14! And for a small bottle of drinking water, we had to pay for RM5! Crazy huh? Total lost for lunch was nearly RM300!
Since all of my nephews and nieces eagerly wanted to play with snow, we finally burnt our money and went into the Snow World. Lucky I went in together with all of them, coz adults might have pushed them away to the corner, especially when they were asked to take coats and gloves. No one helped the kids, you know! And camera wasn't allowed (though I saw some did), so all the kids' parents including my hubby, took pictures and videos from outside the glass. We ended the night with snow throwing and shuffle dancing. Hahaha!
The next day, everyone was complaining that it was too cold till they can't breath and sleep. Where else, hubby and I slept in sweaters and we both got over-warmed in the morning and kicked down the quilt. Hahaha! We packed our things and some of us went out to have a sip of teh tarik, but couldn't find any spot to lepak. My dad went to ask one of the police officer and he told us the was one underground spot for staff that we can try. Haaaa...I cannot tell la where hehehe! It was wayyyyyyyyyyyyy cheaper than anything up there! We was overjoyed and became hip hopers! Hahaha!Since my step-sister drove to the apartment, we dumped all bags in her car. We walked to the Outdoor Theme Park and spent half day there. Since too many visitors queuing at ALL rides, we chose the nearest to the entrance, non other than Spinner. Fun for a starter. Then 6 of us rode the Signature Ride : Flying Coaster, and it was incomparable to the Superman Ride in Australia Movieworld! Hahaha! Fun but not too extreme. Superman is extremer! We then rode few Children Rides and Family Rides, like Matahari, Antique Car, Flying Dragon, Dinasourland, and Double Deck Carousel. We had to skip Pirate Ship, Rolling Thunder Mine Train, Cyclone, and Monorail due to rain and over-packed. But, we did try Corkscrew and only my step-sis's husband tried Space Shot. Hehe!

To go again?
Not for the next few years...I'd rather go to oversea since it is CHEAPER out there!

Konsert Online MyBSN

"Rockin With The Bank"

BSN just launched their Internet Banking and held a concert near KLCC. It was specially dedicated to those who registered online with myBSN. Credits to Deby G for granting us a special access for Media-Blogger during this concert. Muahs! Merasa muda kembali!
MyBSNians came in red and orange t-shirts, while Media-Blogger came in their own. With the power given to me to invite some other Bloggers, I have also invited some of my Blogger friends but most of them can't make it due to time constraint. Anyhow, Ako, whom I never met before, accepted my invitation, and came with her other 4 friends (heard that one or two of them just came from Johor...sporting gile!) See, the power of Blogging :D
So, we met Deby G at the Media-Blogger entrance and registered. We got ourselves one blueish sling bag with t-shirt and event schedule. We were then being ushered to the backstage and lingered around. Deby G told me that she invited Ben Ashaari after she saw one of my contest post that I've entered. Again, the power of Blogging :D And Ben knows Sis-Lin. What a wonderful BlogWorld huh? (Read here for Ben's entry.)
Having special access for Media-Blogger really gave us the exception to be in front of the stage, lepak-lepak behind stage, snapped photos with artists, and walked back and forth in front of RELA and police officers.

The show started with introducing a new artist named Beeha, followed by Reshmonu, Christy Tan, Wakaka Crew, then Beeha again (to kill time, I guess), Hujan, Tilu, Loque & Atilia, and last but least, the most awaited rock band since 80s, Search.

I later met Aisha, her boyfriend, and her boyfriend's friends at the back stage. I hate her coz she got one photo with Amy (singer of Search) and she even "felt" the aura of "hell" when she stood next to him. Hahaha! We both, layan baekkkk nyer lagu Search...
The crowd was quite "ok" as I can see that they really had fun when it came to two famous band. The 90's babies will sing along Hujan band, while 70's babies stood still without muttering any lyrics. Where else, when 70's babies started to sing out loud and did head banging with Search, the 90's babies will try harder to imitate. Hahaha! Clashing of eras.
For me who haven't been to any concert for ages, with Aisha around, that night was hell of fun. Unlike hubby, he just layan underground gigs before, so he just acted "pole" next to me. Hehe!
So guys, care to register with myBSN? Register NOW and stand a chance to win iPads!
